“Thinking means inventing. Everything else – citations, footnotes, indexes, references, copy and paste, bibliography of the sources, comments … – can be considered preparation, but then falls into repetition, plagiarism and servitude.”
Michel Serres
Individuals, groups and institutions perceive, define and continually assess the facts and events that are part of. Psychosocial research allows detecting and analyzing problems and social conflicts, establishing the basis for close-to-people policies and intervention strategies, and allowing to develop implementation strategies.
“Everything that can be counted does not necessarily count; everything that counts cannot necessarily be counted.”

Projects, programs and policy interventions are living beings in dynamic contexts, which often also show their own life. “It’s not the plan that’s important, it’s the planning.”
Dr. Gramme Edwards
Strategic planning aims to promote the development of coordinated actions between citizens, technical agents and institutions in order to promote comprehensive or specific community development within the framework of a common vision. The Spora team has developed several methodologies for developing strategic and development plans at the local level, for example:

“We have a desperate need for other stories, not fairy tales where everything is possible for pure hearts, for brave souls or for good wills gathered together, but for stories that tell how some situations can be transformed when those who suffer from them manage to think them together.”
Isabelle Stengers
Technical Management and Intersectoral coordination of networking represent a professional challenge in terms of optimizing resources and developing appropriate care services for people. Coordination mechanisms should often be established in order to fluidly connect several diverse fields such as health, social, police, educational, scientific, judicial, or journalistic associations, among others.“Circuits Synergy” is a successfully proven methodology established by the Spora team over the past few years; its main goal is generating solutions to the growing need for coordination strategies between professionals from different disciplines, and who must manage complex issues. The design and development of the circuits is accompanied by the development of multiple protocols, flowcharts and resource maps.
“The society of transparency eliminates all rituals and ceremonies, insofar as they can not be made operational, because they are an impediment to the acceleration of the cycles of information, communication and production.”
Byung-Chul Han
In recent years, civil society and governments have made great efforts to address effectively and efficiently different complex phenomena, emphasizing the need for technical coordination tools and professional quality standards. To that end, and in concert with the various stakeholders, the Spora team uses several methodologies in order to develop different tools and professional guidelines and protocols. These tools are built with the participation and consultation of the different stakeholders, both civil and institutional.

The Spora team puts its experience of 15 years working in research, development and social innovation (R+D+i) to make training a tool for reflection, knowledge and execution.
“Solidarity is not about assuming that our struggles are the same struggles, or that our pain is the same pain, or that our hope is for the future itself. Solidarity involves commitment, and work, as well as recognition that until and all if we do not have the same feelings, or the same lives, or the same bodies, we live in a common ground.” Sarah Ahmed
