Spora runs the technical secretary of the courses of the Center for Resources and Advice for Women (CRAD) in Badalona with the coordination of the Feminism Service of the City Council.
These courses are intended to promote the empowerment of women through training and capacity development tools in areas related to instrumental competences, competences related to personal growth and those related to culture and the arts. These courses have been considered with a gender perspective and diversity of gender and sexual identity.
The management of the CRAD has also been focused taking into account the history of women and the defence of their rights. Therefore, it has been linked to the celebration of city actions and the reinforcement of networks and the relationship between women and other collectives.
