One World Foundation (Catalunya Caixa Foundation) has always invested in several programmes addressed to help the immigrant population through microloans in order to develop entrepreneurship projects.

In 2005, One World Foundation comes to Spora and asks us to evaluate one of its programmes (RÉTALE) and thus ensure its further adaptation to its target population.
