The new Protocol for the Prevention and Addressing of Situations of Sexual Harassment and Sexual Harassment, Sexual Orientation, and Gender Identity or Expression includes two key strategic dimensions to end harassment. On the one hand, prevention actions aimed at preventing these different types of harassment from being generated and, on the other hand, protocolized guidelines and action procedures to address possible situations that may arise. Therefore, the general objective of the Protocol is to define the framework for action in situations of sexual harassment and on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation and gender identity or expression and to prevent them, with the explicit purpose of eradicating this type. of behaviors in the organization. In other words, the Protocol aims to be a comprehensive instrument for the prevention, detection, and resolution of all these situations.
