Challenge
The Health Quality and Evaluation Agency (AQUAS) has developed a specific methodological framework for the evaluation of health technologies (ATS) of digital health technologies commissioned by the Ministry of Health. This document has been developed by AQuAS, with the collaboration of a group of health experts from the Catalan area and the rest of the agencies that make up the Spanish Network of Agencies for the Assessment of Health Technologies and Benefits of the National Health System (RedETS). This document has been created from a consensus framework that establishes the common model.
Solution
Spora develops a set of consensus workshops to be able to define the domains and dimensions that structure the evaluation of health technologies and link the evidence standards that each digital health technology should achieve. In these workshops the different participants of the RedETS and health experts from the Catalan area define a consensus proposal for the methodological framework.
