In 2010, the City of Barcelona launched a Municipal Plan 2010-2015 directed to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transsexual Collective (hereinafter, LGBTMunicipal Plan 2010-2015).
Having reached the end of the period 2010-2015, and on the preparation of a new LGBTI Municipal Plan, the Department of Life Cycle, Feminisms and LGBT of the Barcelona City Council commissioned to Spora the development of an assessment of the LGTBI Municipal Plan 2010-2015.
