This study has been award-winning with the “PRIZE DINS” on the research for the job placement of people with disabilities or mental health problems.
This report shows an analysis of the relationships that are established in the processus of job placement in the field of Mental Health, and it links the groups of people with mental disorders with aspects such as: social inclusion, meaning of the work, job placement, mechanisms and criteria for the evaluation of actions, and extra lessons in the process improvement.
