Challenge
Taking advantage of the umbrella of the Barcelona Interculturality Plan (2021-2130) and the work on intercultural perspective carried out by the Horta-Guinardó District, the Area of Interculturality and Religious Pluralism of the Barcelona City Council requests the elaboration of an Intercultural Action Plan that identifies axes, objectives and proposals for action for the transversality of interculturality in the district.
Response
In order to respond to this challenge, Spora designs and implements a collaborative work methodology that incorporates the different agents of the municipal technical body involved in the elaboration of the plan throughout the whole process. Based on this methodology, Spora draws up the District Intercultural Action Plan to respond to the challenges prioritised by the agents involved in the process, with thematic axes, objectives, proposed mechanisms and spaces for the governance of the Plan, as well as the programming of the planned actions.
