This document is framed in the larger “ANADROMES project: plural itineraries for job placement. The project is developed though two issues:
Firstly, the constitution of a participatory table, constituted by representatives of the local administration (departments of social welfare and of economic promotion) and twelve organizations from L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Fundació Fias, Associació Cultura Tretze, Mujeres Pa’lante, Afemhos, Fundació Akwaba, Fundació Ecom, Drecera SCCL, JIS, Insercoop, Recollim, Associació de veïns Collblanc la Torrassa i Fundació Secretariat Gitano).
Secondly, this research intended to know how is the social and labor reality in l’Hospitalet de Llobregat. All the members of the round table made part of the developing of the research.
