In the framework of the definition of the “Citizen Shops” project, Oxfam Intermón comes into contact with Spora Synergies for hiring a consulting service that allows to validate and enrich design and action plan of the project under the conceptual paradigm of the Theory of Change, providing theoretical and methodological expertise in the design and development of intervention programs.
