The Public Health area of the City Council of Barberà of the Vallès (Barcelona), commissioned a research to Spora on the educational practices regarding food in school refectories and kindergartens of the municipality . This project was aimed to elaborate interventions oriented to improve the dynamics of food education at the municipality.
From the conclusions of this study arose the proposal to elaborate an specific training for school refectory responsibles oriented to improve the communicative capacities and the conflict resolution with children and families.
